Asus Eee PC Netbook Intel Atom 1025 Series N2600 and N2800

Asus showed off the netbook Eee PC 1025 Series at Computex this week that the netbook will be powered by Intel Atom N2600 and N2800. Asus says the new netbook will feature Instant On technology that allows you to continue the work of the standby in two seconds and the battery can last up to two weeks in standby/idle. Asus says that you will get up to 14 hours battery “in ideal conditions,” which usually means you have to turn off WiFi and Bluetooth and the screen is Dim. However, we have seen netbook Asus with 10 hours of battery life in the past, so maybe that could match the new netbook or exceed the performance with the latest Intel low-power processor.
