Nokia N9 has through the examination of the FCC and that gives us a glimpse on the scheme of blueprint tools and also info about wireless connectivity from your mobile phone. Previously we have heard that Nokia still will launch a mobile phone, and there will be a MeeGo device called N950, who will be out at the end of this year. Since then no news yet, we are not sure if Nokia N9 and N950 is the same device.
Nokia N9 will run on the network of GSM 850/1900/GPRS/EDGE band. The 3 g network already tested is 850/1700/1900/2100, again with a note that the 900 MHz band is also available for outside the us. Basically, Nokia N9 that can work on almost any GSM network worldwide.
Support Wi-Fi b/g/n (2.4 GHz band) and Bluetooth have also been tested. From the information we also learn that the accessory N9 Nokia will use Battery BL-4 d (1200mAh Li-ion) and it will come with headset WH-701.
It’s all well and good (though the battery seems less powerful), but what’s unanswered is when Nokia N9, or N950, or any of his names MeeGo Nokia devices will be marketed.
